102-year old car brand, Aston Martin, has revealed plans to take their luxury high-performance skills on the water.

That’s right. The Aston Martin AM37 is coming, a 37-foot powerboat that will be designed and built in collaboration with Dutch company Quintessence Yacht. The AM37 will have a lightweight composite hull and carbon fiber detailing for optimum speed on the water.

The interior will be what is expected from the megabrand: wraparound seating that suits up to 8 passengers, comfortable chairs for captain and a mate, high tech touchscreen, voice commands, remote and standard buttons.

The AM37 will be revealed later this year at a private event. The collaboration with Quintessence Yacht is expected to lead to an eventual full line of powerboats and yachts. Perhaps next, Aston Martin will look to the friendly skies, or if they’re like Ferrari, space.
