Cadillac has announced a multi-season partnership with the Council of Fashion Designers of America [CFDA] for New York Fashion Week: Men’s.
This expansion to spring and autumn 2016 seasons is a continuation of the brand’s commitment to men’s fashion for the second consecutive season. It also shows the automaker’s support of rising as well as established designers in menswear.
“The rise of menswear in the world of style provides a great opportunity to celebrate those who are true risk takers and innovators,” said Melody Lee, director of Brand Strategy & Planning, Cadillac. “As the presenting sponsor of New York Men’s Day and a supporting partner of New York Fashion Week: Men’s, Cadillac will play a significant role in unifying the world of men’s fashion and further enabling those who dare greatly.”
Steven Kolb, CEO of CFDA, stated: ‘We are very pleased to partner with Cadillac on the inaugural New York Fashion Week: Men’s. The partnership is a natural fit given Cadillac’s commitment to design.’
New York Fashion Week: Men’s will be held at Skylight Clarkson Square from July 14th to 16th and New York Men’s Day (which Cadillac is also sponsoring) will be held on July 13th at Industria Superstudio.
