Jonah’s Restaurant & Boutique Hotel Whale Beach has announced a new menu, a new executive chef  Logan Campbell and a new head sommelier  Luke Collard.

The award-winning restaurant offers excellent Contemporary Australian cuisine with a strong emphasis on seafood and subtle Italian influences. Campbell’s rock star resume includes Sydney’s top eateries: Catalina, Mezzaluna, Cicada; he has revamped the menu to include some of his signature pasta dishes.
